Dollar Tree will invest approximately $110 million to build a 1.2 million square foot distribution facility in Warrensburg, Mo. Dollar Tree expects to create 375 new jobs within three years, and the facility will support Dollar Tree’s retail store network in the Midwestern U.S. The facility will see 150-200 inbound/outbound trucks per day.

Renovations have been completed at the former Office Depot location. The building is now the new home for FFO Home. The original Furniture Factory Outlet company offers an expanded product selection with the new FFO Home stores. Warrensburg welcomes them to the community and looks forward to returning this 20,000+ sq. ft. building to a vibrant retail store.
Warrensburg welcomes Big O Tires to the community. This new business is renovated the former Aldi's building on E. Young Street.
The Fairfield Inn. opened in August 2017. The 91 guest-room hotel will anchor the Keystone development at the interchange of Highway 50 and Business Highway 13.
Red Cross Pharmacy has relocated to 610 Burkarth Road to better serve their customers. The new 3,5000 sq.ft. building opened in late August 2017.
Northside Christian Church is close to completing a 12,750+ sq. ft. building expansion at 500 N. Ridgeview Dr. The new construction includes class rooms, multi-purpose rooms and a kids' zone.
All Starz Barber Shop, joins the action on Pine Street in downtown Warrensburg. Owner Willie Taylor is excited to expand his Knob Noster business into Warrensburg.
Insight Eyecare moved down the street and into their new 10,500+ sq. ft. medical facility in April 2017. This state of the art building includes additional exam rooms, testing rooms and offices.
Pathways Behavioral Healthcare recently completed to major investments on Burkarth Road with the construction of a new 15,000+ sq. ft. office building and 35 apartments for their clients.
