  3. 34th Annual Warrensburg Wheels Car show

    In conjunction of burg fest, we're excited to be hosting our 34th annual car, truck and bike show. This show is open to all makes and models. Follow signs for parking and registration! We have added more classes to include modern vehicles as well. Bring the whole family and enjoy plenty of vendors, food trucks, bounce houses, hot wheels racing and more! There will also be 50/50 raffle, guaranteed Goody bags for the first 125 registrants, tons of door prizes and cash drawings for those registered. Registration is from 730-1130 with awards at 3!

  8. Yoga in the Park with Suzy Latare

    Knob Noster State Park presents Yoga in the Park with Suzy Latare. Yoga instructor Suzy Latare with lead guided yoga classes at Knob Noster State Park in the Clearfork Day Use Area several times through the summer and into the fall. Meet Suzy at the Clearfork Shelter (coordinates 38.750689, -93.598398) at 10 a.m. on each of the program dates listed below. July 9 August 6 September 10 October 8 This program is free and open to the public. No registration is necessary. Beginners are welcome. Participants should be prepared for the outdoors with personal water, sunscreen and insect repellent. Participants should bring their own yoga mat or outdoor blanket for the class. Knob Noster State Park is located between Warrensburg and Sedalia on HWY 50, off of 23 HWY and DD HWY.

  9. 11th Annual Ladies' Night Out Event

    Additional raffles will be given away to those who schedule their mammogram between August 1st and the night of the event If you would like to schedule your mammogram, please call (660) 262-7370. Must schedule the appointment to take place in 2023. Early detection is the best protection for breast cancer, and we have made this process simple by having mammogram scheduling available at the event. In the past 6 years, over 500 mammograms have been scheduled at LNO and multiple cancer diagnoses have been caught. All proceeds benefit the WMMC Foundation, which supports the hospital's mission to provide high-quality healthcare services that improve the wellness of our greater community. Since 2017, over 1 million dollars have been given back to the medical facility, including $350,000 to cancer care and an additional $700,000 to other areas that also impact our cancer patients, such as the Operating Rooms and Family Comfort Suites.

  23. Trunk or Treat- Twister Sports

    ids have an opportunity to dress up in their costumes, and collect an epic candy stash, experience, and all in a safe, family-friendly environment. In addition to the Trunk or Treat event outside the building, we will also be having a Halloween Family Fun Night playtime inside the building! All of our equipment will be available (including the bootcamp obstacle course). The Trick or Treating with the vendors outside will still be totally free, but the indoor play is $5/participant in advance and $7/participant at the door. You can pre-register at www.twistersports.com/trunk-or-treat today! Don't forget about our Twister bus transportation to avoid the wait for our parking lot! We have authorization to allow parking at Hawthorne Plaza near Zaxby's. The Twister bus will be making rounds to bring you from there to Twisters and back! Admission to trick or treat in our parking lot is free but we do request a canned food item upon entry to help with the Warrensburg Food Pantry!

If you don’t come down for the contest, join us for our Halloween classic Movie Marathon at the Historic Star Theater (112 W Pine Street)! The marathon will start with Casper at 11am, followed by Hocus Pocus, then will finish with Scream (under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian). Theater will be folding seats only, so feel free to bring your own chairs or blankets to get comfortable.
