Warrensburg Farmers' Market 2023 Season

Join us May through September from 8 a.m.-noon for the Warrensburg Farmers’ Market Season around the Johnson County Courthouse Square. There will have a variety of LOCAL homegrown vegetables, fruits, flowers, & food plants for sale. Pasture-raised meats, eggs, baked sweets & loaves of bread, and honey are also for sale at the market. The Farmers’ Market also has several Artisan Vendors who sell homemade soaps, crafts, cutting boards, stitch work, and jewelry. We often invite local musicians to come to liven up Saturday morning markets with their talents. The Warrensburg Farmers’ Market strives to promote a sense of community and support for local farmers, bakers, craftsmen, artists, and the Downtown Businesses Do you grow, create, or produce? UCM Family Breakfast

UCM students, their families, and UCM alumni are all invited to the complimentary pancake breakfast catered by Chris Cakes. Breakfast will be served at the east entrance of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16. Please note that the Color Run begins on the west side at 9 a.m. Walk-up registrants accepted. This is a great way to fuel up for the Mules Football game at 1 p.m., bowling, the ABC Block Party and family movie and game night! Fishing with Firefighters

Okay everybody! It's that time of year again! Come out and see us at Lions Lake on September 16th from 10 AM to 2 PM! There will be a bounce house provided by Ship Shape Party Rentals for the kiddos! The Legion will have their smoker there and will be providing lunch, free of charge! All fishing poles, bait and tackle will be provided to you, free of charge! Or bring your own. The Missouri Department of Conservation is suspending the requirement of a fishing license for the event. We recommend you bring sunglasses and sunscreen. We look forward to seeing you all there! t's time for the 3rd Annual Hog Roast Nationals at CMS! $3,000-to-win Super Stocks $1,000-to-win B-Mods Also running Midwest Mods and Pure Stocks All classes will be competing for POWRi National Points Driver Admission Info: Super Stock Driver: $85 (includes special event entry & pit pass) B-Mod: $40 pit pass only Midwest Mod: $40 pit pass only Pure Stock: $40 pit pass only After the races we'll host a post-race party to celebrate the top drivers of the year. Drivers must be present to claim their accolades in each of the four CMS weekly race divisions. Free dinner plate for drivers, their spouse, and children. All others, make donation as you go through the food line. Beer on sale at the post race party until last call at 1 a.m. Party all night with Char Bar Karaoke!

September is Hispanic Heritage Month and we're celebrating in our favorite way - through music! Join us on Saturday, September 16 for another Latin Night in the 'Burg!

Saturday Pokemon Play

Please join us for the Saturday Pokemon Tournament. This is a Swiss style event with a $5 entry fee and each participant will receive an in store Pokemon booster. Part of the entry fee goes to prize support with the Top 4 players getting prizes. Registration starts at 11am with the event starting at 11:30am. We also encourage those who like Pokemon but do not want to play to come in and cheer on the players as well as trading cards with others.
