Beer, Wine, & Spirit Stroll

Sample the delicious flavors concocted by local brewers, distillers, and vintners during the Beer, Wine, & Spirit Stroll! This downtown event, sponsored by Warrensburg Main Street and the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce, spotlights a collection of beverages from area producers spanning a variety of tastes. While you’re there, check out some of Warrensburg’s unique shops and boutiques — the perfect pairing with a refreshing libation!

Johnson County Fair

Hosted by the Johnson County Fair Association. This annual county event, held every July, is a rootin’ tootin’ good time! Complete with a BBQ contest, pro bull riding, tractor pull, delicious food, and more!

Go Big or Go Home Golf Tournament

This annual golf tournament is held on the second Friday in October at Mules National Golf Course. Hosted by the Blaine Whitworth Foundation. Also, be sure to check out the Todd Hamann Memorial Golf Tournament and the Chamber Classic Golf Tournament!

Burg Fest

Burg Fest is taking place in October. Hosted by Warrensburg Main Street in downtown Warrensburg, this two-day festival features a variety of activities. Lots of activities for the kids, including a carnival. There will also be a performance stage with live music and entertainment, car show, street vendors and much more. And for the adults, a beer garden for some nightlife entertainment

UCM Homecoming

Taking place in October, Homecoming is our largest campus and community party of the year. Alumni get excited, coming back to Warrensburg with their families and friends to reconnect with classmates and professors and to see how the university and city have changed. Students get excited, putting the spirit into one of the university’s longest-standing traditions through week-long competitions, the pep rally and parade.

Dickens Christmas

Sponsored by Warrensburg Main Street, the storefronts of Downtown Warrensburg are brought to life by local artists during Dickens Christmas! This day-long event held the first Saturday of December will include horse and wagon rides, carolers strolling down the streets, live music in local businesses, chestnut roasting on an open fire, and much more.
